To support continued growth, we are currently seeking a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Assistant with a focus on Spare Parts Sales. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a dynamic and international work environment.
Job Responsibilities
⦁ Manage national and international customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on offers
⦁ Handle order processing for repair services using ERP systems (SAP), from goods receipt to invoicing
⦁ Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate warehouse material withdrawals
⦁ Support temporary goods picking and warehouse processes
⦁ Oversee import/export operations including customs documentation and goods classification
⦁ Order spare parts from Japan and external suppliers
⦁ Review and process letters of credit and debt collection cases
⦁ Maintain and control import, courier, and freight invoices
⦁ Participate in spare parts warehouse administration (main, service, and branch warehouses)
⦁ Process warranty claims
⦁ Submit monthly INTRASTAT reports to the Federal Statistical Office
Job Requirements
⦁ 2–3 years of professional experience in import/export operations, including customs documentation and commodity classification
⦁ Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally SAP (purchasing, sales, article master data)
⦁ Strong command of English; additional languages (e.g. French, Spanish, Japanese, Dutch) are a plus
⦁ Solid technical understanding and familiarity with MS Office tools
⦁ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
