A global consulting and insurance brokerage firm is seeking a Client Manager to support Japanese corporate clients in Germany. The company provides comprehensive risk management and insurance solutions to clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
Handle insurance brokerage services for Japanese corporate clients (both new and existing)
Participate in proposal meetings with Japanese team members for new prospects (pipeline is developed by Japanese sales)
Communicate with clients in English and German
Collaborate with internal departments and global teams
Manage insurance contracts, renewals, negotiations, and risk consulting
Requirements
Extensive experience in the insurance industry (preferably from a broker or insurer)
Fluent in German and English (Japanese is not required)
Familiarity with Japanese business etiquette and responsiveness expectations
Strong insurance knowledge and skills to contribute as an immediate asset
