One of biggest Japanese insurance company, specialised in specialty insurance is looking for a General Affair Assistant (Max 30 hours/week) at their office in Düsseldorf.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Front desk service (Welcoming visitors, Answering incoming calls, mails, parcels etc)
- General Affair tasks (Office supplies, Property management, Cleaning schedule, Preparation and checking meeting rooms etc )
- Supporting managers (Organising events together with responsible members/ taking care of travel, hotel and restaurant arrangements etc)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Organisational skills
- Intercultural skills
- Be attentive, hospitable, communicable and supportive
- German and English Business fluent ( Japanese is an asset)
