A Japanese specialized logistics company focusing on chemicals and hazardous materials is seeking a German-speaking Logistics Sales Representative (m/f/d). The role primarily involves sales activities targeting chemical manufacturers and other industrial clients within Germany and internationally.
Job Responsibilities
B2B sales of logistics solutions to manufacturers in Germany and other international markets
Communication with internal and external stakeholders (including European offices outside Germany and partner forwarders)
Collaboration with Japanese expatriates who also handle sales for Japanese clients
Business trips within Germany and across Europe
Job Requirements
Native-proficiency in German and business-level English
Additional European languages or Japanese are a plus
Background in logistics or shipping companies
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or operations within logistics companies or in logistics departments of manufacturers/trading companies
Experience or knowledge in handling chemicals or hazardous materials is highly desirable
Valid driver’s license (ability to travel within Germany and Europe)
