As the first HR Assistant in our German office, you will play a foundational role in establishing HR operations locally. You will support day-to-day HR tasks, coordinate recruitment activities, and serve as a key contact for candidates and external agencies. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with initial HR experience who is eager to grow and shape the HR function from the ground up.
- Support daily HR operations including documentation, onboarding, and employee inquiries.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates and recruitment agencies.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Collaborate with the Operations Head and local leadership to ensure smooth HR processes.
Contribute to building HR procedures and policies as the organization grows.
- Be the first HR team member in Germany and help shape the HR function.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Qualifications (All must be met):
Minimum 1 year of experience in any HR-related role.
Native-level German OR Upper Business-level German + Business-level English.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work on-site in Krefeld (no regular remote work).
- Experience in a small or growing organization.
Interest in building HR processes and contributing to organizational development.
