JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Personnel Administration of employees from entry to exit
- Payroll Management
- Recruitment Organisation, Monitoring, and Employee Onboarding
- Career and Mobility Management
- Training
- Miscellaneous duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- Minimum 5 years working in an HR department within an SME.
- Proven Human Resources training and appropriate qualifications.
Technical Ability
- Fluent operational German and French are essential. English would be considered a bonus.
- Skilled in payroll management techniques and software
- Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis
- Proven experience of interview and recruitment techniques
- Fully conversant in administrative management of employment contracts
- Experienced in communication and collaborative tools (shared schedules, web conferencing, corporate social network...)
- Knowledge of drafting methods of professional reports (editorial standards).
- IT literate
