A Japanese manufacturing company for inspection systems and laser microscopes is looking for an Office Administrator (f/m/d) in Dresden.
Responsibilities
- Issuing of Invoices
- Entering and processing incoming invoices
- Office Administration tasks such as answering incoming phone calls, receive and send out mail and packages
- Ensure accurate procurement and delivery of products and parts by overseeing staff engaged with import/export, shipping documentation, customs as well as government agencies and shipping companies
- Keeping record of purchase and conducting a periodic inventory check
Requirements
- B.A. degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative position.
- Experience in usage of MS Office
- Good planning and organization skills
- Business fluent in German and English
- Ability to work in a Team and supervise staff
