COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese global restaurant chain with over 280 locations in 15 countries, including the UK and France, and 145 stores in Japan, is planning to expand into Germany and Spain. To facilitate this expansion, the company aims to establish a new branch and open a store by the end of 2024. As part of this effort, they are recruiting an office manager and a restaurant manager to join the startup team.
The job requirements for the office manager are as follows:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the establishment and general management of the company
- Manage back-office operations, including HR, accounting, and general affairs
- Collaborate with accounting firms for accounting tasks
- Coordinate with Japan and Asia Global Headquarters, as well as manage store operations, organizational structures, and overall business activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience living in Spain and working at a local company
- Business level or higher proficiency in Japanese, English, and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Approximately 5 years of experience as a manager or in back-office-related work at a Japanese company, with a basic understanding of human resources, accounting, and general affairs
- Preferred: Experience in setting up and managing an overseas base
- Preferred: Experience in the food and beverage industry or a related industry
- Office work experience and basic clerical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and general PC skills
