KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Schweißwerkmeister certificate 
- Experience in Orbital welding for tubes or pipes is a must 
- Familiar with German welding standard 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all aspects of orbital and thermoplastic welding operations to ensure German welding standards and project specifications. 
- Prepare the welding machine including programming, adjusting welding parameters, setting up all electrical and line connections, selecting weld heads and clamps, maintaining welding logs, etc. 
- Install ultra-high purity (UHP) gas distribution piping and chemical delivery systems. 
- Supervise and train welding teams, which primarily consist of welders and fitters, to ensure high-quality output and comply with safety and environmental regulations. 
- Maintain welding equipment. 
- Ensure welding activity to align and comply with German labour, health, and safety laws. 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Five years of experience in welding especially in steel pipe, orbital, or thermoplastic welding 
- At least two years of experience in the supervisor level or Scheweißwerkmeister role 
- Ability to read technical drawings 
- An orbital welding/thermoplastics welding certificate would be an advantage 
- Hands-on attitude and good working discipline 
- Eligible to work in the Germany/EU
