A Japanese manufacturer with over 100 years of history in the beauty and medical equipment industry is seeking an Order confirmation / Customer support (m/f/d) for its office near Frankfurt. They are operating their business in 120 countries, and their European entities are in the UK, France, Italy, and Germany. The German entity primarily focuses on dental medical devices and beauty salon equipment, employing around 20 staff members. This position is being offered as part of a team expansion due to business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Involvement in the full workflow of order processing, including order confirmation and procurement management
Communication with the sales team, customers, and technical staff to ensure smooth operations
Handling customer inquiries and requests
Inventory and warehouse management
Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions
Job Requirements
Business-level German and English are mandatory
Experience in order management or sales assistant roles within a manufacturing environment
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
Strong communication skills for customer interactions (mainly via email or phone)

Working hours: 37.5 hours/week (Mo-Th: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Fr: 8:00 am - 1:30 pm)
