COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a bilingual Executive Assistant and Interpreter for a Japan-affiliated company located in Paris, France. This is a fulfilling role that supports senior management and serves as a vital bridge between Japanese and French business operations. Candidates with experience in HR or accounting will have the opportunity to take on a broader range of responsibilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage executive schedules, travel arrangements, and visitor coordination
- Provide Japanese-French interpretation and translation during meetings, business negotiations, and communications with clients involving Japanese executives
- Translate internal and external documents (Japanese ⇔ French)
- Support HR and accounting tasks as needed (e.g., payroll processing, invoice handling, attendance management)
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations for the executive team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Native-level or fluent proficiency in Japanese
Native-level or fluent proficiency in French
Conversational-level or higher proficiency in English (able to handle business emails)
Practical experience in interpretation and translation (industry background not required)
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Experience in HR or accounting is a plus
