One of the leading specialty insurers with excellent expertise in selected business fields, unmatched track record and solid capitalization is looking for a risk engineer (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Close collaboration with underwriters and BD teams in Europe
- Help grow the portfolio
- Communication with internal and external customers in the EU
- Planning and Implementation of measures to offer added value
- Identification and analysis of risks and giving appropriate advice to customers
- Reports and Presentations, includes on-site customer visits
- Support of customers in all projects with possible effect on insured risks
- Develop guidelines, brochures, papers and industry updates relating risk management in property and casualty insurance and possible risks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in engineering
- Experience in preventing property risks (manufacturing, commercial operations, storage, etc.)
- Work experience in an insurance company
- Desire to be a driving force in the continuous process optimization
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Professional German and English language skills
- Microsoft Office Package knowledge
- Driver’s license, willingness to travel within the EU
