Job Description
・Processing and handling of spare parts orders related to technical inquiries
・Providing progress updates to relevant stakeholders
・Office management (general affairs and administrative tasks)
・Handling phone calls and emails
・Data entry and management in the ERP system
・Supporting sales team members
・Communication with offices in Germany and Japan
・Other general support tasks
 

Requirements
・Experience in office work
・Interest in technical topics (experience in this area is a plus)
・Must reside in France and hold a valid work permit
・Native-level proficiency in French
・Business-level English
・Japanese language skills are a plus

 

Terms

・Working hours: 38.5 hours/week

・Annual leave: 30 days

・Salary: Up to €38,000

・Remote work available

・Welcome training in Germany (approximately one week)
