Sales Manager – Consumer Packaging (100% Remote Work) (m/f/d)

A European national plastics manufacturer which expanding and operating business across regions for over 40 years. They manufacture and market all products under their development and branding, catering to diverse industries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for consumer plastics products (Food & Non-Food)
• Accountable for B2B customers (Modern trade, Wholesalers, Distributors) in Northern and Eastern Germany
• Analyse sales performance indicators, KPIs, and trends to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement
• Establish new collaborations, including distribution agreements, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain departments to align sales strategies with new product launches, promotions, and inventory management
• Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and collaborate with internal teams to resolve to enhance customers’ satisfaction

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Background and experience in consumer plastics packaging or FMCG industries
• Experience in supermarkets, department stores, wholesalers, and distributors channels
• Be able to travel for business trips
• Holding an EU driving license - Class B
• Business level in German and English communication skills
• Eligible to work in Germany
