They are looking for a Sales Manager (Sales Department Manager) (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf.
Job Responsibilities
Field sales to existing and new customers
Inside sales operations as needed
Backup for customer service operations during staff absence
General management of the Sales and CS departments
Coordination with other departments, warehouses, branches, and overseas offices
Quotation preparation, invoicing, and analysis of shipping performance as sales support tasks
Job Requirements
Business-level proficiency in German and English
Over 10 years of practical experience in the logistics industry
Extensive knowledge and experience in air freight, ocean freight, and logistics operations
Proven management experience as a team leader or manager
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Reliability in following SOPs
