Sales Position (Automotive Industry)
Position Overview
This role leverages technical knowledge while engaging in sales activities and client interactions. You will work closely with major automotive manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers, providing product proposals, design support, and project management.
Main Responsibilities
⦁ Design of rubber gaskets and related products (model creation, drawing preparation)
⦁ Meetings and daily communication with automotive manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers
⦁ Project progress management
⦁ Coordination with the Japanese technical team
⦁ Market research
⦁ Preparing quotations based on customer requests
⦁ Sales activities (mainly existing clients)
Clients
⦁ European automotive manufacturers such as Audi, Porsche, BMW
⦁ Primarily existing clients (5–10 accounts)
Requirements
⦁ Mechanical Engineering background
⦁ Experience: Automotive industry experience preferred (but not mandatory)
⦁ Languages: English and German
⦁ Passion for cars and willingness to learn product knowledge
Working Conditions
⦁ Travel: Within EU, approximately once every 2weeks (1–3 nights per trip)
⦁ Probation: 6 months
⦁ Salary: Up to 50k-€65K (negotiable)
