A Japanese electronic components manufacturer based in Düsseldorf is seeking a Warehouse Associate (m/f/d). This position offers a wide range of responsibilities, from inventory control to shipping operations, within an international logistics network.
Job Description
Inventory control using warehouse software and manual methods
Daily shipment preparation and coordination with couriers and shipping agents
Management of incoming goods
Reporting on low and aging inventory levels
Management of packing material inventory
Operation of pallet trolleys and forklifts
Recording warehouse transactions and completing logistics processes
Issuing shipping documents (delivery notes and invoices)
Requirements
Proficiency in German or English for business communication
Knowledge of warehouse and administrative operations, systems, and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office and Sage 100
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Employment Conditions
Salary: From €3,000～€3,400/month (base salary) + bonus (1.5 months)
Working hours: 40 hours/week
Annual leave: 30 days (for full-time employment)
