JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new business opportunities within untapped pharmaceutical manufacturers and OEMs for pharmaceutical companies.
- Secure and manage new leads and accounts within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Actively participate in industry-related events for networking and business development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for market penetration and growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Proficiency in English and German, with additional European languages being beneficial.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Having existing network with pharmaceuticals/OEMs/Process development companies are a must
- Possession of a valid driving license.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Prior experience in a Japanese organization or understanding of Japanese business culture, including collaboration with a Japanese head office and colleagues.
