JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Customer Engagement & Sales: Provide both operational and strategic support to our international sales partners, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and expanding our market presence in the EMEA region.
  • Business Development: Actively seek out new clients and sales channels, develop tailored business strategies for specific markets, and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends through thorough market research and competitive analysis.
  • Event Participation: Represent our company at trade fairs and customer events, showcasing our innovative products and technologies.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with internal teams, including customer service and engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Educational Background: A solid foundation in commercial or technical fields, with relevant vocational training or qualifications.
  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in international B2B sales, preferably within the electrotechnical sector.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must, with additional languages being advantageous.
  • Passion for Sales: A strong drive and enthusiasm for sales, coupled with excellent self-organization, motivation, and communication skills.
  • Travel Readiness: Openness to travel within the EMEA region, along with a keen sense of intercultural competence.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
  • Prior experience in a Japanese organization or understanding of Japanese business culture, including collaboration with a Japanese head office and colleagues.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Analytical Abilities: Keen analytical skills to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of the technical aspects of our products and the ability to convey this information effectively.
  • Initiative: The capacity to take initiative and operate independently, while also being an effective team player.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
