One of the world´s largest manufacturers of aluminum electrolytic capacitors company ,which has HQ in Japan, is looking for a Field Engineer in South Germany area.
Responsibilities
1.Support of sales departments concerning technical clarification
2.Close co-operation with the development departments of HQ for technical questions and projects.
3.Checking of Questionnaires and Approval documents for customer
4.Support for projects and takeover of special tasks from the superior
5.Analyzed Europe market and planned new product to R&D Dept in HQ.
(Automotive, Industrial, New energy, Home appliance, telecommunication)
6.Complaints processing for Customers
7.Information to Sales departments concerning new product and product changes from HQ
8.Maintenance of compliant lists
9.Maintenance of promotion material (Catalogues, Presentation etc.)
10.Controlling the sample handling
Requirements
・Completed technical studies or equivalent training
・Expertise in manufacturing industry, ideally electrolytic parts/ capacitors
・Several years of experience in a technical sales department as a sales engineer / field engineer
・High negotiation skills and proactivity
・Good knowledge of English or German and confident use of IT tools
・N1 Japanese skill or native level
