A Japanese logistics company is looking for a Inside Sales representative for international transport at the Düsseldorf office.Acting as the HQ for the Paris, Milan, and London representative offices.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Approaching prospective clients (via phone, email, and web) and generating business opportunities
Conducting needs assessments and identifying customer issues
Managing procurement (negotiations with shipping lines, airlines, etc.) and preparing quotations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Business-level English is mandatory, Business-level German is preferred
- Experience in operations/customer service at a logistics company
FURTHER
Working hours: 40 hours/week (8 am – 5 pm, basically on-site)
Annual holiday: 30 days
Probation period: 6 months
