A well-established office supplies company in Hamburg, known for its commitment to quality and innovation, is seeking a detail-driven professional to support its EU compliance efforts — ensuring regulatory excellence across European markets.


Job Responsibilities
 

  • Assist in monitoring and implementing EU compliance requirements (e.g., REACH, CLP, TSD, PPWR)

  • Coordinate with HQ, EU teams, customers, and partners.

  • Monitor regulatory changes proactively and  t

    rack EU legislative updates in the timely manner.

  • Ensure EU regulatory compliance; act as main contact in the organisation.

  • Advise HQ and EU teams on regulations and compliance.

  • Provide strategic compliance guidance to HQ.

  • Handle regulatory inquiries from various stakeholders.

  • Support EU and global projects.

  • Manage admin and organizational tasks.

  • Conduct compliance checks and prepare documentation.

  • Assist with sustainability and ethics initiatives.

  • Create and approve safety data sheets in EU languages.

  • Maintain legal product info and labeling.

  • Respond to quality-related customer inquiries


Job Requirements
 

  • Willing to learn and keep update colleagues regarding EU regulations and documentation processes.

  • Previous experience in QA or compliance support roles are advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

  • Fluent in English and German language skills are a must.

  • Working hours :38.5h per week

  • Annual leave:30 days

  • Home Office:Up to 2 days per week(Everyone comes to the office on Mondays)

  • Salary: up to 50,000 Eur p.a
