A leading Japanese company in the sealing industry is looking for a Sales Administration(m/f/d) near Munich.
Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administration professional to support our order processing and sales operations. This role involves handling purchase orders, coordinating with internal departments and clients, and ensuring smooth delivery and invoicing processes.
Manage order entry, confirmation, and tracking using internal systems
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing
Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and inquiries
Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations, invoices, and delivery slips
Maintain accurate records of transactions and client information
Support general administrative tasks related to the sales department
Inventory control to check inventory level regularly, order stock items as needed.
Job Requirements
Must-have
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Language Skills: Business level English (knowledge of German is an advantage).
Experience in sales administration, order management, or related fields(such as procurement) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Nice-to-have
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
