Overview
A Japanese trading company for Automotive industry is looking for a Sales coordinator.
Responsibilities
Raise quotations, purchase orders and invoices in line with customer order requirements.
Calculate forward orders to meet production schedules, accommodating supplier and shipping lead times.
Ensure goods are Imported/Exported through customs using the forwarding agent and supplied to the agreed point of delivery.
Confirm all purchase costs and sales prices are correct and in line with the relevant quotations.
Chase aged debt, to meet cash flow targets.
Deal with customer and supplier queries timely on a daily basis, relaying them back through the supply route when required.
Develop, maintain and improve successful relationships with customers and suppliers etc
Requirements
貿易事務、購買、セールスアシスタントなど関連業務経験
英語ビジネスレベル、ドイツ語尚可
