Job Responsibilities
- Manage order and documentation workflows using SAP S/4HANA
Coordinate with international suppliers, customers, and logistics partners - Oversee risk management activities including foreign exchange, credit insurance, and letters of credit
- Handle customs procedures for both import and export operations
- Prepare and submit Intrastat declarations
- Verify and process incoming invoices
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training in wholesale and foreign trade, freight forwarding, industry, logistics, or shipping
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and above intermediate level in German
- Solid IT proficiency, especially in MS Office and SAP S/4HANA
Proven experience in managing import/export transactions
