A leading Japanese company in the sealing industry is looking for a Semiconductor Sales Representative (m/f/d) near Munich.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and technically knowledgeable Sales Representative to drive our semiconductor business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of semiconductor products and applications, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients across various industries.
- Develop and manage relationships with key clients in the semiconductor industry
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate semiconductor solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support technical inquiries and product customization
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed
- Travel Requirements: Approx. 20–30% (Germany & EU; occasional Japan HQ visits)
Job Requirements
Must-have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics sector
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductor products and applications
- Business level English and German proficiency
Nice-to-have
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
