Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex user behavior and e-commerce data to uncover actionable insights that support product and business decisions.

  • Drive optimization of conversion funnels and overall shop performance through KPI analysis and recommendations.

  • Define and manage tracking requirements, ensuring reliable implementation and QA of GA4/GTM events.

  • Design and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.) to enable self-service analytics across the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Engineering, Marketing—to answer data-related questions and support strategic initiatives.

 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or analytics.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data queries and analysis.

  • Experience with web analytics, frontend tracking, and GA4 event implementation.

  • Ability to create dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

  • Solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs, customer journeys, and funnel analysis.

  • Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to data quality and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating analytical findings into clear, actionable insights.

     

     

Benefits/Others
  • Work hours: 40 hours per week / 8 hours per day

  • Paid holidays: 30 days

  • Commuting transportation expenses are provided (limited, not applicable for commuting within walking distance or by car).

  • Probation period: Yes (6 months)

  • Location: Dusseldorf

  • This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.
