Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customer communication via email and phone
Respond to technical inquiries (problem-solving, sales consulting)
Create and follow up on quotations
Enter orders and coordinate shipping dates
Record and handle complaints
Enter and update master data in the CRM system
Support the field sales team at trade fairs
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Language skills: Native-level German, business-level English; additional European language skills are desirable but not mandatory
Good technical understanding and willingness to learn
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Completed commercial training or university degree
Ideally 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
