Accountant (m/f/d)

COMPANY OVERVIEW
One of the leading Japanese manufacturing company is looking for an Accountant (m/f/d) near Frankfurt.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Holistic, accounting support for our company including asset accounting
• Help with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Independent accounting of all arising business transactions
• Creation and posting of provisions and accruals
• Processing account clarifications and balance reconciliations
• Preparation and support of internal and external audits
• Contact person for customers, suppliers and related specialist departments for all accounting issues
• Collaboration with our tax office, which also handles payroll accounting

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Completed commercial training and relevant experience in accounting – ideally in an internationally operating company
• Certification as an accountant (m/f/d) or equivalent training or further education; Completely secure in HBG
• Independence, organizational talent, flexibility and quick comprehension are just as important as a high level of self-motivation and fun with numbers
• Strong teamwork skills and service orientation, which help to keep an overview in stressful phases (e.g. month-end closing).
• Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and Outlook
• Business Fluent German is required. You enjoy working in an international team and knowledge of English is therefore necessary
• Knowledge of DATEV or other booking software is an advantage
