COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese wellness products manufacturer with operations in over 70 countries is looking for an Accountant. The business is currently expanding across Europe and up to EMEA, with sales channels expanding to include distributors, drugstores, retailers and e-commerce.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews and processes expenses and invoices; contacts vendors to resolve issues/discrepancies.
- Support audit by maintaining files for all projects with appropriate documents including job cost tool, customer purchase order, vendor invoice(s), and customer invoice(s), in accordance with standard procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all teams in the accounting and finance organizations, assisting with any complex or unusual accounting items as they occur.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Business level English and Japanese language skills (German is preferred)
- 3 years of experience in public accounting or industry accounting
- Knowledge about DATEV, HGB, VAT（IFRS is preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
