Job Responsibilities
 

  • Assist in monitoring and implementing EU compliance requirements (e.g., REACH, RoHS, GDPR).

  • Maintain and organize regulatory documentation and internal records.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely compliance reporting.

  • Support audits and inspections by preparing necessary documentation.

  • Stay updated on changes in EU regulations relevant to the office supplies industry.

  • Provide administrative support to the legal and compliance teams.


Job Requirements
 

  • Willing to learn and keep update colleagues regarding EU regulations and documentation processes.

  • Previous experience in administrative or compliance support roles are advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

  • Fluent in English and German language skills are a must.

  • Working hours :38.5h per week

  • Annual leave:30 days

  • Home Office:Up to 2 days per week(Everyone comes to the office on Mondays)

  • Salary: up to 50,000 Eur p.a
