A leading Japanese company in sanitary industry is looking for a After Service Technician in the Hamburg area. Due to business expansion, we are seeking a responsible and adaptable professional to provide top-notch technical support and services.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
Perform repairs and maintenance on company products
- Install products, e.g., at trade shows
- Provide professional and competent customer support
- Document work orders and provide timely internal reporting
- Independently manage external warehouses
- Evaluate and qualify warranty claims
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Completed training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology or professional experience and in-depth knowledge in the sanitary industry
- Strong customer and service orientation (considering cost-effectiveness)
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel
- Intercultural competence and strong communication skills
- Responsibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Class B driver's license
