Responsibility
Carrying out repairs and performing regular maintenance on sanitary and bathroom-related products.
Installing company products at various locations, including support for internal exhibitions and events.
Providing professional, technically competent support to customers and end users.
Collaborating closely with internal sales teams on customer quotations, focusing on technical aspects.
Documenting work orders accurately and ensuring timely reporting within the organization.
Managing external storage locations and spare parts inventories independently.
Assessing and qualifying warranty claims based on technical findings and internal guidelines.
Coordinating service orders and field service personnel with a focus on efficiency, scheduling, and cost management.
Requirements
⦁ Anlagenmechaniker/in SHK (Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik)
⦁ Strong communication skills in German (native level) and English (Basic)
⦁ Proficient in MS Excel and general office tools
⦁ Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
⦁ Valid Driving license required
