As the Cloud & IT Services Administrator for the European organization, you will ensure the secure, reliable, and standardized operation of Microsoft Cloud services across multiple countries.
This role acts as a central point for cloud operations, identity and access management, endpoint security, and network support across all European affiliates.
You will collaborate closely with local IT teams, the regional IT organization, and global headquarters to strengthen cloud security, optimize infrastructure operations, and maintain consistent service delivery across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Service Administration
Provide end-to-end administration and operational support for Microsoft Cloud services across European affiliates
Ensure the secure configuration, stable operation, and continuous enhancement of cloud-based environments
Support and maintain advanced functions such as identity & access management, endpoint management, information protection, and data security
Security & Compliance
Monitor, investigate, and respond to security-related events and incidents in cooperation with internal stakeholders
Support the enforcement of security policies, compliance standards, and best practices across the region
Serve as a central contact for endpoint security operations, including coordination with local IT teams
Network & Infrastructure Support
Act as the primary support contact for Aruba Central, including network monitoring, configuration assistance, and troubleshooting
Ensure reliable cloud, network, and endpoint operations aligned with global IT standards
License Governance
Execute license management and license controlling, including monitoring usage, optimizing allocations, and ensuring compliance
Provide guidance to local affiliates on operational improvements and cloud best practices
Internal & External Collaboration
Work closely with internal IT teams, external vendors, and regional/global stakeholders to resolve incidents and deliver enhancements
Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and service guidelines
Serve as a centralized communication hub for cloud-related operations across Europe
Contribute to a multi-country cloud infrastructure covering Europe
Work in a truly multinational environment with collaboration between multiple European affiliates and the global headquarters
Gain hands-on experience with enterprise cloud security, network services, and Microsoft Cloud technologies
Play a key role in strengthening and modernizing an international cloud ecosystem
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Qualifications (All must be met):
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud environments in an enterprise context
- Solid understanding of cloud security principles, identity and access management, endpoint protection, and data security
- Experience supporting enterprise networking and security platforms
- Knowledge of software licensing models and compliance requirements
- Service-oriented mindset with strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in an international, multi-affiliate environment
- Structured, proactive, and security-aware working style
