JOB RESPONSIBILITIE

As the Cloud & IT Services Administrator for the European organization, you will ensure the secure, reliable, and standardized operation of Microsoft Cloud services across multiple countries.

This role acts as a central point for cloud operations, identity and access management, endpoint security, and network support across all European affiliates.

You will collaborate closely with local IT teams, the regional IT organization, and global headquarters to strengthen cloud security, optimize infrastructure operations, and maintain consistent service delivery across Europe.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end administration and operational support for Microsoft Cloud services for all European affiliates

  • Ensure the secure configuration, operation, and continuous improvement of cloud-based services in line with organizational security standards

  • Support and maintain advanced identity, access, endpoint, and information protection capabilities within the Microsoft Cloud environment

  • Act as primary support and coordination role for Aruba Central, including network monitoring, configuration assistance, and troubleshooting

  • Deliver centralized assistance for WithSecure, including endpoint security support and coordination with local IT teams

  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to security-related events and incidents in collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Contribute to the enforcement of security policies, compliance requirements, and best practices across all affiliates

  • Perform license management and license controlling, including monitoring usage, optimizing allocations, and ensuring compliance

  • Support affiliates with technical guidance, operational support, and service optimization

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents and implement service enhancements

  • Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and service guidelines

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Qualifications (All must be met):

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud environments in an enterprise context

  • Solid understanding of cloud security principles, identity and access management, endpoint protection, and data security

  • Experience supporting enterprise networking and security platforms

  • Knowledge of software licensing models and compliance requirements

  • Service-oriented mindset with strong communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to work effectively in an international, multi-affiliate environment

  • Structured, proactive, and security-aware working style
