JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To maximize sales and margin performance
- Assist dealers on all aspects to increase sales
- Develop sales network in Europe
- Define and maintain the product range for Europe
- Good knowledge of the product range
- Application Know-how
2. Sales activities
- Maximize sales and margin with existing sales network
- Develop sales network
- Ensure regular meetings with Dealers to guarantee high focus on valve Business
- Support Dealer Sales activities locally where required
- Ensure product training of distributor salesmen
- Project pricing
- Keep informed about market changes/trends and report opportunities and threats
- Ensure proper communication with Head Quarter in cases of product claim
Product Range Management
- Responsible for European product range – launch, maintenance, Phase-in/Phase-out products in line with the product strategy for Europe.
- Monitor and review of product sales and margin performance and report recommended actions.
- Data Management up to date (ensure that product data and Technical documents are updated, in cooperation with Head Quarter)
Promotional Material
- Develop and maintain promotional and technical literature: catalogues, product presentations, product specification, Technical Data sheet (in cooperation with marketing Dep.)
- Constantly monitor competition, product portfolios and strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent level in Business English.
- At least two years of sales experience
- Good knowledge of sales process management.
- Good knowledge of international communication.
- Good skill and knowledge in PC operation (Microsoft Office in particular Excel and Power point).
- Commercial experience in commercial office.
- Good knowledge of B-B business.
- Good knowledge of valves or piping systems.
- Experience working with Japanese/Asian company
- Good knowledge of SAP or Windows Dynamics 365
- Fluent level in Business German
