KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Familiar and well understanding of Japanese working culture
Must be able to communicate Japanese, German, and English at the business level
Able to work hybrid (minimum 2 days at the office)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Wear many hats and oversee a variety of tasks that keep a company running smoothly
Supervise and oversee all office facilities and support operations including vendor management, employee services, internal events, safety and security
Handle employees’ complaints about company facilities, utilities, and infrastructures, providing improvements based on the company’s policies and standards
Manage General Affairs annual budget
Lead the implementation and monitoring of Japan headquarters’ General Affairs policies within the head office and coordinate VIPs attendance support as well as cooperating for alignment and collaboration across all branches in EU
Supervise and manage the General Affairs team, delegating tasks, providing ongoing, evaluating subordinates’ working performance, coaching and development opportunities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 8 years of experience in General Affairs from small or medium size companies
- Working experience with a Japanese company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to coordinate with several stakeholders from top to bottom lines
- Experience in Delegation of Authority will be advantaged
- Eligible to work in Germany
