JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acts as the first point of call for instructed users and maintains professional and stable use relationships.
- Resolve IT technical issues for users and support overseas users and IT teams.
- Provide detailed reports of issues and problems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Business-fluent German and English
- Intermediate knowledge of networking hardware, patching methodologies, and networking protocol.
- Experience in basic networking and troubleshooting. TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Knowledge of basic telephone systems and PABX management.
