JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Head of IT, you will take full ownership of the company’s IT operations in Europe. This is a standalone role, ideal for a hands-on professional who can lead the upcoming ERP implementation, manage infrastructure upgrades, and provide daily IT support. You will serve as the internal technical lead and liaison with external consultants and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation Project Management
Lead the selection and rollout of SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central)
Define requirements, coordinate with vendors, manage data migration, testing, and internal alignment
Collaborate with external consultants on a 6–12 month ERP project
IT Infrastructure
Maintain and optimize office network systems, Windows servers, Microsoft 365 / Azure, backups, and security operations
Review and improve existing systems
Helpdesk & Daily Support
Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, printer, and network issues
Respond to user inquiries and resolve problems independently

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Qualifications (All must be met):
Proven experience in ERP implementation and operations (SAP or Microsoft preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of IT
Native-level German (daily internal communication)
Business-level English (technical documentation, vendor coordination)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of cybersecurity and GDPR compliance
Experience in small business or startup environments
