JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling customer inquiries and generating quotations
- Managing orders, including overseeing delivery deadlines and payments
- Maintaining and analyzing customer files statistically
- Corresponding with clients, business associates, and field representatives
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Initial professional experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical understanding and technical imagination
- Effective communication skills
- Fluent in German with good English proficiency
- Customer-centric and service-oriented demeanor
