COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese manufacturer of automotive (ex., gaskets and seals) in Düsseldorf is seeking a Logistics staff in Düsseldorf. Due to the urgency of this position, priority might be given to those who are currently out of work or who can start immediately.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving, processing, and controlling of customers’ orders 
- Communication with the parent company in Japan and group companies (e.g. Vietnam and Portugal) 
- Communication with customers to meet a customer demand 
- Administration and controlling of consignment stocks. 
- Adjustment of prices within the administration software 
- Processing of purchase and sales invoices 
- Communication with forwarders for the handling of customers' deliveries 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Business-level German and English are mandatory 
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills 
- Logistics experience in a manufacturer
