Main Responsibilities

  • Handle export and import operations for sea and air freight, including booking and shipment tracking
  • Coordinate and negotiate with shipping lines, airlines, transport companies, and shippers
  • Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., B/L, AWB) and provide customer service support

Qualifications & Skills

  • Industry Experience:

     

    2 years of hands-on freight forwarding experience

  • Language Skills:
    German and English (both required), Japanese (preferred)
  • Other Skills:
    Strong administrative accuracy; good knowledge of Incoterms

Working Conditions

  • Holidays: Weekends and public holidays / 30 days annual leave
  • Working Hours: 08:00–17:00 (1hour break), on-site work
