Sales Assistant (m/f/d) (Internal Sales Office)

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A subsidiary of a Japanese global company, specialized in the European distribution of plastic valves and pipeline systems is seeking a fulltime Sales Assistant / Inside Sales office (m/f/d).  The company products are characterized by their resistance to corrosion, chemicals and thermal resistance in all industrial sectors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer care and coordination of the resulting tasks when selling to dealers and third parties
• Supporting the company in their intragroup communication, in particular with the HQ/departments in Japan
• Coordinate order management, inquiries and communication-related issues (processing orders, order confirmation, etc.)
• Monitoring of lead time and delivery service in cooperation with HQ
• Support in preparing offers    
• Recording and maintenance of prices and conditions
•  Organizing accounting documents for book keeping purpose
• Additional tasks: Support in preparing promotional contents to assist sales activities (sales documentation, information, presentations, social media posts and web contents)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Short experience in sales office or similar position
• Good understanding about order process management
• Good knowledge in international communication
• Well known in PC operations (in particular Excel)
• Fluent in English
• Advantage:
  • Experience in commercial
  • Good knowledge in B-B-business
  • Working experience with Japanese or Asian companies
