JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the primary contact for the sales of our products for semiconductor fab projects throughout Europe.
  • Facilitate close collaboration with end-users, installers, planners, and general contractors.
  • Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, including coordination with customers and manufacturing facilities.
  • Promote and sell our products and services to both new and existing clients.
  • Ensure the successful specification of our products at end-user sites.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets within set timelines.
  • Stay informed of industry best practices and promotional trends.
  • Address and resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, customer interactions, market trends, and client needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, specifically within the semiconductor market.
  • Demonstrable ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with project management, particularly within semiconductor FAB projects.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • B.Sc./B.A. in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP EWM or similar systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to deliver tailored presentations to diverse audiences.
  • German C2 or equivalent, fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
