COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese manufacturer active in the power electronics field with strengths in device, circuit, and packaging technology is looking for an accounting manager candidate. In Europe, they have entities in the UK and Germany, and the accounting department will be in charge of both bases from Germany.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily accounting operations, collaboration with accounting firms (data preparation and confirmation, etc.)
- Monthly/quarterly/annual closing operations and financial analysis
- Collaboration with the accounting department of the Japanese HQ and response to investigations, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Business level English and German(Japanese is preferred)
- 3 or more years of experience in corporate accounting or accounting work
- Knowledge of German tax law (Knowledge of UK accounting is preferred)
- Management experience preferred
BENEFITS
- Working hours: 38.5 hours/week, Finished at 3 pm on Friday
- Home office allowed (Required to the office 2 days/week)
