JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilise relevant software and databases related to customs clearance and trade compliance to analyse import and export data to generate commercial invoices, manage relevant documentation, prepare reports to track import and export activities, and monitor deadlines
- Possess a strong understanding of import and export regulations, international trade practices, and logistics procedures
- Assist managers in daily logistics workflow and operation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders due to logistics processes, enquiries, or priority management, including clients, freight forwarders, logistics carriers, brokers, government sectors, and other regulatory organizations
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in logistics, import/export operations, international trade, customs brokerage, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Business level in German and English communication skills
- Eligible to work in Germany
- Hybrid work (2 days at the office / 3 days at home)
