JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • That you feel comfortable in our team.
  • The opportunity to help shape our European expansion.
  • You will choose the most effective recruiting strategy for external candidate acquisition for the respective vacancies you are responsible for.
  • You are a consultant for our Hiring Managers and, as the contact person for your candidates, ensure a positive experience with us.
  • Through active relationship management, you will also build a good relationship within the company with the country managers and the World Head Quarter in Tokyo and ensure efficient and effective staffing of various specialist areas.
  • You will monitor all relevant recruiting and performance indicators and optimize the effectiveness of your measures.
  • We also keep your own development up to date, because together with the People & Culture team you also develop and manage projects in organizational & personnel development, employer branding and special projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Specialist knowledge: You are already a Recruiting & Active Sourcing Specialist - with your sound professional experience, you also have an independent way of working, high quality standards and a great deal of commitment and willingness to learn.
  • Mindset: You like people! You really do! You see the talents, not just the possible gaps in detail in the person you are working with. You find solutions and not reasons why things don't work out. Perfect! You fit in with us with your friendly and convincing communication and negotiation skills, professional demeanor and a lot of empathy.
  • Teaming: You enjoy learning with and from the best. You can do that here with our international team. We come from 10 countries, range from young to experienced, and have anywhere from a few years to decades of professional experience.
  • Important points you need to bring with you: negotiable English skills, as we speak English professionally. German would be a plus and other foreign languages an advantage.
  • It is necessary that you already have a valid work and residence permit for the EU.
  • Candidate must be able to regularly commute to the Dusseldorf office.
