They are seeking a Senior Staff HR (m/w/d) in their Düsseldorf (or Frankfurt) office.

 

Job Responsibilities
Manage the booking, correction, and reporting of the working times of employees
Manage all employee-related tasks in HRworks (digital employee folder, compliance documents, absences, reference letters, etc.)
Update internal guidelines and working manuals
Conduct preparatory payroll via HRworks and manage DATEV interface
Conduct preparatory payroll for our PRG branch
Create monthly overtime report
Manage internal benefit programs (benefit.me, direct insurance)
Support the yearly performance evaluation process
Organize company events (1x per year)
Conduct employee surveys and report results to management
Research and take care of legal matters with support of our lawyer
Keep updated on legal matters and ensure their incorporation into internal processes
Contract management and update of existing labor law-related documents
Take care of recruiting of new employees
Conduct onboarding process (offer, working contract, IT-setup, communication)
Conduct offboarding process (termination, reference letter, IT-setup, communication)
Take care of disciplinary actions (warning letter, termination)
Support expatriates
Schedule and conduct individual meetings and/or meetings with management
Mediator function between local employees and expatriate management
Manage and train the working student of the HR department
Set yearly goals for the HR department and ensure that they are met

 

Job Requirements
High proficiency in German and English (Japanese is preferable but not necessary)
Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on human resources or comparable
Knowledge of German labor law and employment regulations
First experience in HR processes, payroll and employee management
Knowledge of MS Office and HRworks
Structured and solution-oriented thinking and working style
High communication skills and able to work in a team
Independent and precise working style, hands-on mentality
