Company and Job Overview
Our client specializes in providing industrial equipment and systems, along with comprehensive sales and service support. They are looking for an Administrative and Sales Assistant (m/f/d) full-time or part-time (28-30h/week).
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Coordinate the leasing, distribution, and tracking of laptops, monitors, and other office devices.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for equipment leasing and maintenance.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Near native-level German proficiency.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Japanese skills are welcome.
