Area Sales Manager - Packaging / Automotive / Machinery (100% Remote work) (m/f/d)

The European adhesive and sealant application technologies company who provides hotmelt solutions and machinery to a variety of industries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Main responsible for Hotmelt solutions and machinery product
• Accountable for B2B customers (Packaging, Machinery, OEM Parts, etc.) the Southern Germany market (Baden Württemberg / Bayern)
• Respond for sales, business development, and account management activities
• Establish and research the respective market
• Analysis of sales performance, trends, and forecasts
• Maintain and retain the active customer portfolio
• Find new business opportunities to increase sales levels
• Be accountable for achieving revenue targets by preparing offers, negotiating prices, etc.
• Participate in events, fairs, seminars, and conferences
• Communicate with the manufacturing to keep up to date with the status of orders and lead times
• Monitor and manage customers’ payment status
• Involve in technical feedback, claims, and development issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Background and experience in Packaging, Automotive, Machinery, or Adhesive industries
• Be able to travel for business trips
• Holding an EU driving license - Class B
• Business level in German and English communication skills
